As Centerline’s Founder, Andy Arnold has an impressive institutional investing record that spans almost 25 years. He possesses extensive training and experience in investment management as well as retirement income and wealth transfer planning for individuals, physicians, growing businesses and their owners. With special expertise in long-term investment planning, Andy brings his clients an array of solutions that are both reliable and innovative.
Andy launched the firm following a successful tenure with UBS Financial Services’ Private Wealth Management office in Louisville, Kentucky. Prior to that he worked as a Financial Advisor for the investment banking and brokerage firm J.C. Bradford & Co., the first in Nashville to buy a seat on the New York Stock Exchange. Following its acquisition in 2000, Andy joined the new parent company, PaineWebber, where he continued fulfilling his commitment to strengthening and simplifying the financial lives of his clients.
Andy earned an M.B.A. with distinction from the University of Louisville, holds Series 65 securities and life and health insurance licenses and has earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® and Certified Exit Planning Advisor® and designations. His attainment of the AIF® designation demonstrates understanding of the Prudent Practices® and methodology. Only AIF® Designees have been certified specifically for their ability to follow a fiduciary process with their clients’ best interests at heart, and U.S. News & World Report recognizes the AIF® Designation as one fo the top financial certifications. His attainment of the CEPA® designation demonstrates understanding of the exit planning process as a means to better prepare his clients for the eventual transition of their business.
He has served as President of the University of Louisville’s College of Business Alumni Board and was awarded the University’s Distinguished Alumni Service Award. Andy is a lifetime resident of Louisville, where he and his wife Michelle are raising three young boys; he is an active participant in their Boy Scouts of America troop. Expressing his musical side, Andy plays lead guitar with a group of local professionals.
